We had such a good time in Jersey! No lie! First we went Go-Karting and Karen made ridiculous Guinness Chocolate & Whiskey Ganache Cupcakes (”Car Bomb Cupcakes“). I don’t really do cupcakes but these were just amaaaaazing.

Then we stopped by Hiram’s down the street. Um…I heart hot dogs. HEART. They are one of my all-time favorite foods. These dogs are fat and deep fried. Um. Yeah.



When I was a kid, I looked forward to Hardee’s Chili Dogs and these were even better. Hot dog chili is it’s own thing. It is NOT regular chili, kiddos…it’s basically ground beef in a seasoned tomato sauce with all the beef fat left in, not skimmed or drained. Heaven.
