Great episode Zane! You guys gotta catch this show on FLN (used to be on MojoHD), weeknights at 10pm. Anyhoo, he and the camera guy did a wine stomping contest in Tuscany. They always wear hot pants when partaking of any nations sport or contest which makes for even more absurd tv.

The heated competition reminded me of the Grape Stomping Lady from a few years ago and I thought I’d remind you how one person’s pain can be another’s fucking hilarity for a whole week. Or an entire office–I was hating life as an art director back then and I had the whole department and then another agency across town in shambles over this video. No work got done for a week, I’m telling you (I know, big deal. It’s advertising. It’s not REAL work).

I heard people cry laughing over the phone at other ad agencies, in the background while I was trying to calm my then boyfriend down who was having epileptic fits it was so funny. I think I drooled and silent laughed. For me, when I do that, it’s really funny.

I watch it now and I am more laughing at myself for thinking it was so funny back then. I will reveal that I also had these drooling silent laughs for the sneezing panda and chipmunk who turns around real fast (that thing is a groundhog, people).

Note: If I hear someone make a noise similar to her “aw oh ohhhhhh oh aw oh ohh” I can’t help but point it out that they sounded like the lady who fell stomping grapes. I don’t give a shit if they know what I’m talking about. If they don’t get it, they aren’t really worth me explaining.
