Skim’s Huevos Rancheros: Blue Corn Tortillas, Fried Eggs, Chorizo, Black Beans, Beer-braised Onions, Yellow Peppers & Mushrooms, Goat Cheese Cheddar, & Roasted Jalapeño Hot Sauce. Blauw. I also have a chicken roasting for post-Oscar’s. Garlic, orange, thyme & rosemary.
